Pacmaan Wiping Pads - 747WP | 747WPG | 763WP

Pacmaan® Wiping Pads are die-pressed rectangular consumable elements for the wire processing industry. Cut from rope to the required length and pressed to shape, these pads are impregnated with a special PTFE impregnation process throughout the cross-section. They deliver consistent, low co-efficient of friction wiping action against zinc, zinc-aluminium alloy and drawing lubricants, with excellent resistance to abrasive media.

Available in the Following Variants Available in custom sizes and other variants on request.

  • 747WP - Aramid fibre braided and die pressed, impregnated with PTFE.
  • 747WPG - Braided Glass Fibre Core with an external aramid lining, impregnated with PTFE.
  • 763WP - Expanded PTFE graphite braided with aramid fibre corners.
